King of Fried Rice

Located at the basement 1 of Golden Mile Tower lies the Self-proclaimed King of Fried Rice.. selling Fried Rice similar to DTF. Not sure why they're there as the place is predominantly occupied by Thai eateries. I'm sure many would recognise this as even the plating is the same. I got the original egg one. The rice is pretty good la.. and the Porkchop was fried to a crisp golden brown with tender meat. This is pretty good! yummmmm!!!

They're nearer to Nicoll Highway MRT Station but you can walk all the way from Bugis as well.

The Sweet Potato Porridge 🍠 and Braised Pork 🐖 are 2 of the must-try at the Salted Plum. 

The porridge is my fav and it still as creamy and smooth like how I remembered it to be.
