[REVIEW] FLUFF STACK - SOUFFLE PANCAKES THAT RIVALS GRAM

A handful of new F&B joints has opened at the new wing at Suntec City. I have blogged about The Salted Plum and 108 Matcha Saro recently. Here's fluff stack that opened at the same area. Fluff Stack is a small cafe that specialises in the jiggly and fluffy souffle pancake that is popular in Japan and Korea. If you don't want to queue at Vivo City for GRAM, this is your next best choice as the classic souffle pancake is only priced at $8.80 and the best is you don't need to wait that long for it. Other than that, they also have Oolong boba souffle pancakes ($9.80), Strawberry cheese souffle pancakes ($12.80), Hazelnut chocolate souffle pancakes ($13.80) and Mango passion fruit souffle pancakes ($14.80).

I tried the Oolong boba souffle pancakes to share with friends. The pancake is light and fluffy and topped with chewy boba pearls and finally drizzled in oolong sauce. It gives the pancake stack a sweet touch.

This cafe is literally la vie an rose as the cafe is decked out in mostly pink. The table where I sat at was pink and even the plate is in a shade of pretty baby pink. Good for ladies who are looking to shoot with instagrammable pancakes!
