GARLIC BUTTER PASTA

I added more ingredients as usual! What's different from the original is that i added more ingredients such as ham and mushrooms. I also did not add any arugula. Reduced ingredients because i only cook for myself. You can make yourself a plate of pasta like this that is full of buttery taste!

Cook time: 20 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 Ounce Spaghetti
  • 4 - 5 Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 Cup Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
  • 2 pieces Ham, chopped into squares
  • 1/2 cup Assorted mushrooms
Cooking Directions
  1. Cook the Spaghetti in a pot for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture. Please read the instructions on the box/packaging of your pasta for specific timings.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large pan over medium high heat.
  3. Add garlic, basil and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, ham and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the skillet. Stir in pasta and Parmesan for about 2 minutes.
  6. Ready to serve~ Garnish on top with parsley
