It is a pleasure putting a spoonful of this delicious seafood into my mouth with an explosion of flavour. There’s the natural sweetness of the pumpkin with the umami from the seafood. Make this dish your #CNY must have! 

Get your tastebuds hit by another wave of umami with this Soy baked Sea Perch with spinach in bonito sauce. 🐟 The sea perch meat was tender and flavorful, paired with bonito sauce, topped with more bonito flakes. The meat was laid delicately on a bed of spinach with edamame and cherry tomatoes. 

Fragrant Rice with Chinese Sausage, Preserved meat and mushrooms. 🍚💨

Wrapped snugly in the lotus leaves that locks in the flavor and heavily garnished with green onions, the rice is a classic dish not to be missed during reunion dinner.
