🍸 So excited to have this delightful Kaya Toast #cocktail.
The alcohol aftertaste is very subtle and the peach 🍑 liqueur and honey 🍯 mixed with the kaya is almost nectarous. Rum, English breakfast tea, citrus and egg white is also in the mix! This was served in a custom jam jar with customised label. Finish the toast with a dollop of kaya to get to the drink. Lovely inclusion of local elements into a somewhat westernised drink.

Bourbon, blueberry jam, Cointreau, citrus, angostura bitters, topped with coconut, pandan & gula Melaka foam, grated nutmeg, shaken.
The flavoured foam accomplished it’s job of taking all the attention away from the alcohol. ⠀⠀

Crab Pasta.
The spaghetti is lavished with chunks of fresh Succulent crab meat tossed in pine nuts and tomato sauce. The pine nuts give a delicious crunch to this delicious pasta dish.
Scallop Carpaccio.
Thinly sliced fresh scallop done carpaccio style~ I really love the texture! It's like eating some fish sashimi. The traditional Italian appetizer before drinks.
B&L Beef Burger. 🍔
Home made burger bun and beef patty with lots of truffle fries. The truffle is not strong here but the beef patty was grilled to perfection. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Incredibly rewarding to have these after a hard day at work.
