How to make a simple Mentaiko Pasta at home!

So i bought lots of mentaiko mayo from Tokyo.. also some mentaiko furikake. You can see from below that there are different pictures. I actually made them continuously for 3 days. Didn't know that they expire so fast. XD It is extremely hard to find the mentaiko mayo.. so i bought a few tubes of that in Tokyo. Anything with mentaiko is yummy! 

Ingredients:

• 1 Egg
• Pecorino Cheese
• Mentaiko Mayonnaise
• Mentaiko Furikake

Instructions:

1. Crack an egg into a bowl. 
2. Add as much pecorino cheese into it!! 
3. Add a couple squirts of mentaiko mayo. 
4. Add the furikake. 
5. Whisk them together!
