WHAT I EAT IN A DAY

Hello! it's been a while since I posted a 'what I eat in a day' food post. just sharing some ideas on what everyone can make for your everyday meal. enjoy~

1) Eggs Benedict. The poached eggs are nestled nicely on a bed of portobello mushrooms, smoked salmon, and butter toast with 3 cherry tomatoes as sides. I garnished the eggs with a generous serving of Hollandaise sauce and also mentaiko furikake. Link to how to make the poached eggs here.

2) I recently re-posted one of my most fav risotto recipes~ Balsamic risotto. I made it again and it was so yummy. Get the recipe here.

3) Made some red pesto pasta with mushrooms and IKEA meatballs!
