Broccoli pesto pasta

Easy to make and yummy recipe for broccoli pesto pasta. :) You can tweak it to make it healthy too.
This was also quite easy to make! Broccoli has always been one of my fav vegetables after i found out cauliflower makes me bloated AF due to my IBS problems. >.>

Ingredients
- 1 Ounce Spaghetti
- 1 Cup Broccoli , cut into florets
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Pine nuts
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan, grated
- Cook the Spaghetti in a pot for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture. Please read the instructions on the box/packaging of your pasta for specific timings.
- Add the broccoli into the pot at the last four minute.
- Drain pasta together with broccoli.
- Add broccoli, balsamic vinegar and pine nuts and blend until smooth for the pesto sauce.
- Add olive oil to a pan. Add the bacon and mushrooms and cook for about 2-5 minutes or until cooked.
- Add the noodles, pesto sauce and Parmesan together and toss them until the noodles are coated thoroughly.
- Ready to serve~
