REVIEW: Good Cafes in Singapore: The Book Cafe at Robertson Quay Singapore

Assignments keeps me busy now that school has started! I was on leave the other day for dental appointment. Had a tooth extraction and they put spacers in between teeth to prepare for the bonding of braces for upper set. I am finally half way there!

Anyways, since i have the afternoon off, I decided to bring my laptop out. I have always wanted to come to the book cafe after knowing that it has FREE WIFI. The whole place is just super conducive for work! There are 3 areas here. One is alfresco seating outside, the comfortable sofa area and then the normal table settings on one side. It just feels comfortable inside. The sofa area was adorned with book shelves and it act as a separator from the other area. There's also paintings on the wall

This cafe has an extensive menu, ranging from All day breakfast sets, sandwiches, pastas and Asian delights.

Address: 20 Martin Rd, #01-02 Seng Kee Building, 239070
Opening Hours: Sunday - Thursday - 8.30pm - 10.30pm
Friday - Saturday - 8.30am - 12.30am

Omelette with Ham & Tomato (SGD $16.95)
Ice Mocha with ice cream (SGD $6.95)

Omelette was cooked just nice! The ham and tomato can be found inside the omelette too. They provided butter and strawberry jam for your toast. Rosti at the side wasn't crispy enough and was rather small. It fell apart when i picked it up with a fork.
Ice mocha was yummy and sinful!
